Well we are finally here! The Scholastic Book Fair and Eric Wilson visit are happening this week! I'm very excited as a lot of preparation has gone into this! Today we'll be setting up the book fair, and we hope to see many of you here tomorrow morning when we open.
As we continue to read Eric Wilson's books before he visits with Grades 6&7, students will also be creating a picture about the book as they listen to them being read outloud. Some classes have already done this activity and we have some really nice art to hang up to welcome Eric to our school.Grade 8s may be having a bit of a slow week in the library as the librarian is distracted by all that is going on, and too busy to give a good lesson :)
